Most recently, Jennifer was the Senior Director of Human Resources for Illinois Power. Her responsibilities and accomplishments included providing leadership and direction to a work redesign project that resulted in cost reductions, process improvements and the development of new business strategies. Jennifer provided executive coaching services to the President as well as facilitated strategic planning sessions for senior team leaders and business units within Illinois Power. Further responsibilities included integration of all human resources functions with the corporate parent and overseeing all hiring, retention and personnel issues for 2000 salaried and represented employees.
Jennifer’s project work brings 17 years of experience in training, development and managing change initiatives; team design and implementation; coaching frontline supervisors, plant managers and CEOs; facilitating strategic planning sessions; and serving as project manager for team implementation, redesign and reorganization efforts. Her work has assisted Fortune 500 companies in achieving significant cost reductions; increased profitability; improved safety records and process improvements. Jennifer’s attention to detail, focus on results and ability to translate vision into action has assisted companies like Caterpillar, Allied Signal, Amoco Performance Products, Calgon and Illinois Power in realizing their business objectives.
Jennifer received her undergraduate and master’s degrees from WinthropUniversity. She was presented the Outstanding Young Alumni Award in 1997 for her contribution to her university, community, and profession. Jennifer is a certified Achieve Global and American Management Association instructor. She has designed and delivered a number of specialized training programs for business and industry, including topics such as Problem Solving Skills, Coaching for Enhanced Performance, Building Collaboration with Your Team, and Train the Trainer Seminars.

Sherry is an experienced trainer, facilitator and project manager with over 14 years of training and consulting experience in the areas of Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, plant start-up and rapid growth projects. Sherry’s project work includes work with Fortune 500 companies such as BP-Amoco, GE, Woodward FST, and Caterpillar Inc., and smaller privately held companies such as Gené Gap and CE&P Public Relations.
